DISTRICT GOVERNOR’s MESSAGE

There are so many individuals to whom I owe thanks. First to the members of my family, Lion Anthony, Lion Erica, Lion Anita, Ashleigh and my brothers.

They have devoted untold hours and incalculable energy to prepare for this year of service. A special word of appreciation must be given to several special friends who stood by us all the way to Chicago. Significant time and effort were given by the members of Mid-Bedford Heights Lions Club and members of this great District 20-K1. I am thankful for every minute we serve together.

District 20-K1 Lions, Thank you for your trust. Through the “CHALLENGE TO CHANGE” we have a splendid opportunity for the vast riches of this district to shine. It is this opportunity, thanks to the noble work of the Lions, Leos and community volunteers which enables our work of service to be filled with such promise for the future. Together we will work to make a difference in the lives of others. Some work will be easy and some may take time and sacrifice but together we will see changes.

The future is in our hands. Open them wide like the wings of a butterfly and let service fly free.
